RallyDrive Australia – Terms and Conditions

1. Fitness and Experience Requirements

Minimum driver age: 18 years.

A current and valid Red P Plate licence or higher is required to drive.

Passengers for hot laps must be 14 years or older, with parental/guardian consent and a signed waiver.

Experience driving a manual transmission is required; however, our team can provide assistance if needed.

Maximum participant weight: 125 kg.

Maximum participant height: 195 cm.

By participating in any RallyDrive Australia event, the customer declares that they are free from any physical or mental disability, medical condition, or disease that may affect their ability to safely participate as a driver or passenger.

2. Responsibility to Follow Instructions

The customer understands and accepts responsibility to follow all instructions issued by RallyDrive Australia staff.

The customer agrees to listen to and follow all instructions from RallyDrive Australia officers, employees, or agents.

Failure to follow instructions, or any attempt to drive in a reckless, negligent, or irresponsible manner, will result in removal from the circuit and forfeiture of the remaining portion of the booked experience.

Participation in any experience is conditional upon acceptance of these terms and conditions at the time the booking is confirmed.

3. What to Bring / Wear

Clothing suitable for outdoor conditions—expect dirt or mud.

Closed-toe shoes (required).

Your Booking Confirmation.

4. What Is Supplied

The number of driving laps included in your selected package.

One passenger hot lap ride.

A pre-drive safety and car briefing.

A Driver Certificate upon completion.

5. Cancellation Policy

Booking changes can be made up to 48 hours before your scheduled experience.

Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your booking.

Late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your experience.

Abusive or aggressive behaviour toward staff or patrons will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of your package.

Mistreatment of any RallyDrive equipment may result in cancellation of your voucher.

All equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.

If staff suspect you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, your experience will be cancelled immediately without refund.

6. Reschedule Policy

This experience is weather-dependent.

Events will proceed in light rain or normal wet conditions unless you are contacted by the provider.

In the event of heavy rain or unsafe weather, you will be contacted and your booking will be rescheduled to another available date.

7. Video Package Terms and Conditions

The driver must wear the provided lanyard visibly at all times - If the lanyard is not visible and your video cannot be processed, no refund will be issued.

The video fee covers edited footage only - Raw footage is not provided.

Edited videos will be sent to the email address provided on your form.

If a technical issue occurs with the camera system, you will be notified.

Raw footage is retained for 7 business days only.

RallyDrive will keep a copy of the edited video on file.

The Hightail download link will remain active for 30 days from the date the edited video is sent.

Remember to check your Junk/Spam folder.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Gift cards must be redeemed within the validity period and cannot be used once expired. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Gift cards may be used as payment toward any eligible RallyDrive Australia experience, subject to availability and these Terms and Conditions.
