• The minimum age for a driver is 18 years.
• A CURRENT and VALID RED P Plate license or above to drive.
• 14 years or older with parental consent and co-sign a waiver for passenger hot laps experience.
• Experience in driving a manual transmission is required however if you need help, we are more than happy to assist you in driving a manual.
• Max weight is 125kg.
• Max height is 195cm.

By participating in an Event, the customer hereby declares himself or herself free of any physical or mental disability, disease, or condition that could affect his/her safe participation as a driver or passenger in any of the business’s Events.
Responsibility to follow Instructions.

The customer understands and accepts his/her responsibility to follow the business’s instructions on the basis that failure to do so may cause an accident.
The customer undertakes to listen to and follow, all or any instructions from the business’s officers, employees, or agents.

The customer accepts that any failure to follow instructions or any attempt to drive in a reckless, negligent or irresponsible manner will result in the customer being escorted from the circuit and forfeiture of the balance (if any) of the booked Event.

Your participation in each experience is conditional upon your acceptance of the experience provider’s terms and conditions at the time your booking is confirmed by the experience provider.

What to Bring/Wear:

• Bring clothes that don't mind getting muddy.
• Sensible closed-toe shoes.
• Your Booking Confirmation.

What is Supplied:

• The driving laps in your driving package.
• Ride in the passenger seat for one hot lap.
• Pre-car briefing.
• Driver certificate.

Cancellation Policy:

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience.
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience.
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience.
• Abusive or aggressive language towards any staff or patron will not be tolerated and it will lead to termination of your package immediately.
• Mistreatment of any equipment provided by Rallydrive for safety or entertainment purposes may result in the cancellation of your voucher.
• Any equipment used is to be returned in the same condition in which you received it.

• IF STAFF HAVE A FEELING YOU MAY BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS YOUR PACKAGE WILL NOT GO AHEAD OR BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY

Rescheduled Policy:

• Weather - This experience is weather-dependent.  In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.  If there has been heavy rain, you will be contacted and your booking will be rescheduled to another date by the provider.   

Terms and Conditions for the Video Package:

1. THE DRIVER MUST WEAR THE LANYARD AND HAVE IT VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES, IF THE IS NOT LANYARD VISIBLE AND WE MAY MISS PROCESSING YOUR VIDEO, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A REFUND.
2. The video fee only covers the edited footage, NO raw footage will be sent out.
3. The video will be sent to the email address you provided on this form.
4.  Should there be a technical issue with the cameras you will be contacted accordingly.
5. Raw footage will only be kept for 7 business days.
6. RallyDrive will keep a copy of edit copy of your video on file.
7. The Hightail link will be live for 30 days from the day that the edited video has been sent to email email address you have provided on this form.
8. Please allow up to 7 days for the videos to be sent out via Hightail to the email address that you have given and please check your "JUNK or SPAM" folder in your email account.
